"In the exhibition ‘City & Bridge’ I am drawn again to urban spaces in varying locations. I paint whatever resonates or engages. This may be the architectural dynamics of buildings on the water’s edge or the strong verticals of a bridge. It may simply be a street on a rainy day. My initial response then merges with remembered experiences, often filtering through and modifying the painting process”  - Gabrielle Collins.
