Educated at Alexander Mackie CAE then later at COFA (UNSW) graduating with a Master’s degree,

She has won the MOSMAN Art Prize twice,  the Paint a memory ArtPrize, the Kirribilli Art Prize in 2010 and 2011 the RSL Artex Prize 2018, First Prize at the 2016 and 2019 Seaforth Arts Festival, and Highly Commended in 2017.  Jacki also won a SALA prize for 2018 (South Australian Living Artists) which involved a major solo exhibition in the Coonawarra region of South Australia. 

She was a finalist in the Paddington Art Prize 2019 and 2022, The Gosford Art Prize, The Len Fox Art Prize 2022 in Castlemaine, the Hornsby Art Prize in 2014, 205, 2019 and 2022,  and the Eutick Memorial Still Life Award. Jacki was a Finalist in the prestigious Adelaide Perry Drawing Prize for 2015 and 2020.  She was also a Finalist in the Greenway Art Prize in 2020 and 2021 and the KAAF Art Prize in 2021. Jacki was a Finalist in the 2022 Blake Art Prize and 2022 Len Fox Painting Prizes.

Jacki has works in the Mosman North Sydney Council collections, and Government House (Sydney); also several private collections throughout Australia and overseas in China, USA, Russia, Denmark, Ireland, the USA and England.

Her works are several galleries including in  Copenhagen at Gallery Kalhoj, and the KAB Galleries.

Her recent Body of Work has been based on interiors and still life, using acrylic paint and exaggerated colour.
