INTO THE WILD is a journey to the most remote corners of northern Australia, soaking up nature’s intoxicating colours and beautiful, fragile ecosystems. These paintings offer an escape into a world in which we glide, float and bathe in glowing greens, where we become immersed in stillness and fading light. They take us to idyllic places where we are free to wander and reflect and soar in the company of other sentient creatures, feathered, clever and wise with age. We can mimic them, their curious gaze, always listening and learning, dancing like no one is watching, enjoying nature’s bounty, graceful, relaxed, still. This exhibition implores you to head INTO THE WILD, while the wild still exists.
